Don’t forget me
Or the feelings that could be,
If today I was to die
To the heavens I hope to fly,
My dear please know
That I’m not afraid to go,
Please don’t ever be sad
For when I’m gone I’ll be glad,
Please remind me to tell you
I love you too…

Very nice, I love the use of rhyme. However, I don't feel that it is necessary to add commas after every line. Hope this helps!
