After I write
when people are reading
i sit back
and gaze at nothing
letting my mind wander
Usually though
it just plops down
too wearing to run down
anymore rabbit holes
My poor imagination
must be given
a rest.

nicely written piece my fellow poet.... I do like the piece... whenever my mind is tired I usually suffer from writers block... as a matter of fact I actually wrote a piece about this maddening issue.... its called "Higher Elevation"... just in case you would like to read it some day... it is very inspiring and uplifting...
