Stop running around
Chasing these quick fixes.
They leave you worse.

I know of the near misses
The unfulfilled wishes
and the things that give your heart stitches.
The past is past.

You thought he was an Angel.
He wasn't.
Heartbroken- learn to let go.

Eventually you realise everything is temporal
Including your bills.
So be happy and enjoy life's thrills.
Remember, too much kills.

Love with all your heart
and if your love is trashed,
Their loss.

Stop trying to impress
your peers.
No one cares!
