Love without words

Let’s not talk when we lock eyes.

We chose to let the tears fall down our face.  

Our mouth’s were wired shut so we couldn’t speak.  

We had to communicate our feelings without a single word.        

With an unexpected tug, I pulled you close to me & stared in your eyes,

you felt what my words wouldn’t let me say.  

 You couldn’t speak so you decide to open up & show a side of you that made you vulnerable.  

So I could see what your words wouldn’t let you say.
