My fucking heart hurts😭
Its so heavy
I need to just keep my mouth shut
Turn off my emotions

I told her something
That I wasn’t even sure of
Before that though...
She said “I have great news”

“My ex and I are talking again”
That’s “great news”
I was smiling, laughing and having fun
Until I heard that statement

My heart sank
I wanted to throw up
Today just feels so slow now...
I don’t want to do anything...

I have come to realize that I’m weak...
I need someone to save me
From myself
My mind

I look so desperately
for that one person
Who will see I’m in pain
And just help me...😭
