Running Love

She ran to love,  
she ran back to him.  
She felt healed now.  
Well, healed enough to go back to him.  
She was so sorry.  
He did not want a broken girl,  
one who was willing to hurt him,  
but she noticied one day that this love was not real.  
This love was a lie.  
This love only wanted her, for his own pleasure.  
He did not want a complication,  
so she ran.  
She ran far.  
Into the arms of another that loved her.  
This love, he loved her more than the other.  
He wanted another to run with.  
You see,  
these two loves are similar in so many ways.  
She loves him and he loves her.  
She gets scared and depressed and she thinks about slitting her lifeline,  
but he stops her, telling her that all will be ok  
and he then comforts her.  
She never runs again.
