We can continue as if nothing were wrong, the repetitions are on the brink of war or revolution again and again. We witness a repetition of what happened then. The matter at hand is speculative and manipulative.

Just like intriguers or puppet masters we secretly know that *those true lies* want us know them and how to move them.
Then we can handle or control something skilfully.
We also can control or influence others in a clever or unscrupulous way.
