The Discord Constitution
Article [1] (Freedom of expression and religion)
The elite gamers shall not fabricate laws that impede on the freedom of speech, press, assembly, religion, or the right to assemble peacefully, and to form petitions to address the misuse of the hierarchical power of the server elites.

Article [2] (Right to Bear Diamond Swords)
The freedom to possess, carry, and defensively use a diamond sword is a necessity to keep the citizens of this great server, and their stature, from being dwindled by those coming from other realms or servers. Those who actively participate in the use of open carrying must obtain a government issued permit to clarify the understanding, commitment, responsibility, and hazards that carrying a weapon of such magnitude could bestow upon its wielder.

Article [3] (Quartering Soldiers)
No gamer shall take refuge in other servers in a time of great war, without the consent of the server owner, admins, and others who have procured great power within said server.

Article [4] (Search and Seizure)
The right of gamers privacy is secured within the confines of this server, and this privacy shall not be infringed upon by any law enforcement or those in hierarchical power. Those in power shall not unlawfully search and seize property owned or in possession of other gamers in this server without having a reasonable cause or a permit legally allowing the search or seizure to commence.

Article [5] (Rights of Persons)
The rights to freedom shall not be impeded on by a trial or court case until those prosecuted are convicted of their heinous acts. These rights may be overlooked in time of war or great danger where the prosecuted may pose a great threat to this server and the gamers residing in it. No gamer shall take claim for the same offense twice; nor shall they have to bear witness to themselves, nor shall they be divest of life, liberty, prosperity, or G Fuel, without the due process of law.

Article [6] (Rights of Accused in Criminal Prosecutions)
Those gamers who are prosecuted deserve the right to a quick trial in the face of the public, in the face of those who come from other servers that relate to that of which crime the accused may have committed. Those who are accused of committing a crime have the right to a defense that will be assisted by witnesses in their favor, an attorney, and the high council of water sheep.

Article [7] (Civil Trials)
The gamers residing in this server have the right to civil trials where civil disputes may be resolved with evidence being brought by the plaintiff to prove the accusations that have been pitted against the defendant. The plaintiff must provide a substantial amount of evidence; if evidence is not substantial, the defendant will most certainly succeed in defending themselves in the court of law.

Article [8] (Further Guarantee in Criminal Cases)
There shall be no excessive bail put on gamers and their property in this server, nor will there be any cock and ball torture inflicted on those guilty of their heinous crimes.

Article [9] (Unenumerated Rights)
The enumeration in this constitution does not exceed the vast amount of rights that the gamers of this server possess. The rights that gamers possess but are not enumerated in this constitution shall not be infringed upon by those wanting a more powerful government.

Article [10] (Reserved Powers)
The powers not delegated to the server, shall be construed and constructed by those residing in the server. All rights shall be left up to the decision of the local government, and the final verdict shall be decided through a vote cast by the gamers in this server.
