INKling No7 – antithesis

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they
might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
 John 10:10 KJV

the blood that feeds my body and my spirit
my pulsing heart and all the fervour in it
this is the life that flows in me
defining my
humanity
where breath and body
give me soul
ordained to fill
my earthly role
death is the spirit’s
nemesis
life in Christ death’s
antithesis
