I Count the Minutes
Today a week ago
Under the rain
I found his green eyes
Or did they find me?
I remember everything
Right there under the soft rain
When he kissed me
He asked me to follow him
To write un unwritten contract
To make a commitment
Accepting my "I can't" or "I might"
As for me I am not totally free
But he is there for me
waiting for me to fly...
What is going on with me?
This feeling I can not deny
Being in his bed naked
Or sitting on the floor talking
He gives me such a delight
Books, art, a beautiful pen
His poetry, the way he looks at me
Honesty and understanding
He has given me so much...
I am trying to control myself
But this need is too strong
Is this the prelude of "it"?
That word I am so afraid of
That feeling totally unknown to me
All I know is that it feels right...
Can't wait to see him
To look into his deep green eyes
And feel free to fly....
Yes, now I count the minutes
To be back into his arms...
520....
Under the rain
I found his green eyes
Or did they find me?
