Thanks Aha. A friend who is experimenting with open-ness had made the "I don't want to be with anyone I can risk falling in love with" remark, and it just reminded me of how self-defeating that is. I had to rise above it and recognize my standards to actually make this whole thing work. For me, it *needed* love.
