My father always said the final battlefield is with the mind, not people. I find that to be true when attempting to control or redirect thoughts. You have 17 seconds to recognize a thought before it becomes an energy release - 17 seconds to redirect it from negative to positive. It does work; it takes practice, but it does work.
Sometimes writing it out such as this makes it reality that you can determine yourself whether it's what you really want.

In Eastern philosophy it is called the "Monkey Mind" and it is what causes us the most suffering...as the Buddha said...those who carry their past around will surely suffer. Profound and powerful L.
