Universal ultimatum

"They don't know me and I don't know them"
The way it's always been since way back when and the ones who do still really don't deep down,
they don't know the dark secrets I've never been able to delete which stay on repeat in my mind.
To the rest they're undetectable,
out of sight despite any connection with the others I can't help but sense a separation keeping me secluded
leaving me unable to think,
 unable to speak, a fear of looking weak.

Each week it's weirder and weirder
as well as mundane and unfulfilling.
Quite a special skill it is
to not let those thoughts kill you..
 I've yet to fully surrender and
 let the silence surround but
this is something which
will never be mastered,
always a struggle but there's something special about the suffering we sense is happening to us for some unfair reason,
A universal ultimatum,
ultimately it's up to you yet
you don't really understand this land or what it means or doesn't mean.
Maybe you feel like a member of a mindless money making machine sometimes.
A lost loner
with no way
no part to play
no path to pursue except
pure projection of personal power
no more cowering down before my confusion and lack of confidence.
"It's a new morning"
A new day to decide what's really important, what really matters the most
when you look beyond the bullshit blinding us all.
Stand tall strange species
can't continue to fall further
into foolishness,
so carelessly inconsiderate of anything else in our space.
Remember you're riding it out with the rest of the human race.
Don't let the experience go to waste.
