Today...Today I lost and lie no more,
this truth is yours.
From empty thoughts
...A taste...
taste these memories wash down my face,
watch this day drip from my hands,
pool beside me, and drift like sand
...A waste...A taste...
Face myself in guilt's disgrace,
fall to pieces, and loose my place
...This taste,this waste...
Today a though of you broke through, and stayed,
made me hate this darkened day, for now I see I just can't stay...
...can't stay away...
