Shackled
Tired and angry, people call me crazy. Fake a smile and take it,
when I feel like I can't make it.
Speak up about the problem,
doesn't mean it's gonna solve them. Fake security; "it's gonna be alright, you're gonna be okay."
They'll tell you the same thing every other day.
But I'm tired and angry,
people call me crazy. Are you listening, or glistening in an illusion of humanity? Just another exchange of its gonna be okay.
Shrugged off, dismissed, left aside with clenched fists.
Recede into the distance, silence grows, less resistance.
Watch me struggle, see me down.
Then ask me to help adjust your crown. "Ha! Ha! Ha!" Joker cackles, cause he knows I'm about to break these shackles.
