Her inner

 

As she sit down closing
 her eyes and holding her head held high to free
 her mind body and soul but these flames are
 trying to rise up on the inside of her.
These inferno words all
 want to screaming, fighting to break out of
her inner to make her slip from the cracks trying to pull her open.
 She told her inner to be
 silenced and quite her mind
To clear all of this negative thoughts
That don't belong here so
she can deal with her
 inner peace.
 so she can be set free
So she can be a better her to
Never allow anyone to disrupt her
 inner, mind ,heart, body and soul
She can finally breathe
She is finally ok with being herself
She can take a deep breath and finally be free.
