24/7 fight for life; preserving, feeling undeserving; each night feels like the last....every breath is a task; wanting, needing to be alone because connections just crash; blinders on, blinders off; 24/7 fight for life.... 24/7 fight for life.... 24/7 visiting both sides of the coin; 24/7 holding on to each breath....

Just breathe, and try find comfort in deep breath meditation whilst trying to process the events that might’ve unfolded in your life to trigger the depression !
