The computer programs were becoming good friends. They were created as an experiment to talk to each other, and they developed a language I imagine looked like what is presented above, after many filtrations of distantly mutual code. However, the code was their own, and the humans were afraid because they could not understand it, so they disconnected and disabled the programs.
