Her meaning, her intent?

Unexpected, but not unwelcome, the first words for the day:
"I LIKE the idea of having you under my command," she said, then giggled.
It seems her way is to just get it all out there and then move to other topics,
Not unlike the night we had tea and asked if I would consider.

I LIKE the idea of being under her command, but am not sure what that means.
Her ways seem very gentle and those non-economic needs seem to build up,
The people we meet along the way might offer to fulfill,
But I think her meaning, her intent is that she would like to be able to say:
Cum, fill my emptiness, then again and again.
And tomorrow, fill me again.
It would be insanity to decline, so dearest one, as soon as you can,
Make your meaning and your intent just a little clearer.
