The Birth

the birth of morning rises
and the dew of your youth becomes visible
to all whose eyes are found
awakened by your birth

they shall receive your cleansing
as they bathe in your morning glory
they shall see your beauty
and rejoice with great pleasure

the eyes of all who sleep
through your birth
shall awaken to the birth of night
the reflection of your morning glory
shall not hold true
for shadows lay in the midst of night
they shall never see your beauty
but your wrath shall become visible
to all the sleeping eyes
and the birth of mourning shall rise
