Nothing in this life makes sense.
All my life I've been second best.
Broken down and thrown around.
Treated like a sad clown.
I thought I'd finally made it,
When you crash landed into my world.
I felt like a little school girl.
Blushing and giggling.
Heart beating like a humming bird.
Now I know that how I had felt was absurd.
You threw me away just like the rest
After telling me time and time again
That you were the best of the best.
It was such a lie.
You abandoned me without a second guess.
Leaving me a sobbing mess.
Did it all mean nothing?
Every kiss,
Every, "I love you."
Was it all untrue.
It must of been.
The proof is in how you left.
