The Muse
The muse
may come and go
leave you feeling worthless
with nowhere left to go
The blues
may soothe your soul
that sweet rock n roll
still has it's toll
Your life
will give and take
without much control
it comes and goes
The drugs
will give you what you want
then rip you apart
and steal your heart
Life will change you
for better or worse
it's not a curse
shit happens

I can relate to this poem I can write like nobodies business when I'm high
