WITH WORDS

You have taught me my weakness, in needing to trust,
You have shown me a future, then turned it to dust,
You can no longer hurt me, but try if you must,
With words, you have led me astray,
No more am I fooled by the things that you say


You still make up lies for the feelings you lack,
You can paint me a picture, that still fades to black,
You can say what you want, but you won't take it back,
With words you still try to decieve,
Your silence is welcomed, as I take my leave.


You opened my eyes as the truth did reveal,
The joy that I felt,from my heart you did steal,
I take up my search for a love that is real,
With words you can no longer lie,
I set myself free of this madness, Goodbye.
