I had a LDR (me in California and her in Scotland)
and it almost worked out but she lost her patience.
It kind of doesn't sound like she's that far away from You but I could be wrong.

No I haven't but everyday that passes is a day closer to seeing her.

I got to meet (and hook-up) with my love twice as she flew to California and we stayed in a Hotel for a week
and then on her whim she flew to California for a week about 6 months later.
I was to MOVE lock stock and barrel to Scotland last year but lots of deaths in both families and other shit got in the way and now...........
........well, we're still Friends.

This is quite a nice poem. It leaves us wanting to know more, however.
