Snow on ...

Snow on the roof,
Horn and hoof,
A man aged and ageless descends
In bright velvet and ermine. He bends
More lithe than a dancer
With a smile to romance her
And eyes that entrance her.
She cannot resist
Unless he insists.
His eyes all aglow,
He whispers, Ho, ho,ho!"
From his sack, such toys he reveals,
Each causing a shriek, a sigh, several squeals.
Decorum prevents details too specific,
But now she believes Santa's terrific.
After showing her what each implement did,
He jumped on his sleigh and said, "See ya next year, kid!"
