Whirlwind
These thoughts swirl around inside my head
Blowing me around this way and that and
Leaving me in this dizzying topsy twirl,
Where I'm once again struggling
To maintain what's the truth
And separate out all of this
Inner self-negativity from
What's actually reality,
And find some hope
And happiness
Once again.
