Black empty spaces (revised)

Black empty spaces

I’ve tried to fill with pretty faces

Sad silent places

Like holes in my soul

Shinning faces shed no light here

Bright eyes came to die here

No embrace can warm this place

No laughter echoes within its walls

No revelations of love to conceal

Nor inclination of my hatred to reveal

Darkness illuminates what I can not share

Pain and hatred caress

Like a cool breeze within this emptiness

For pain is as real as is your pleasure

And hate is as lovely as you imagine it to be

They follow me into the darkest corners of my perception

Cast their Shadows upon my imagination

An exquisitely beautiful storm

Immaculate in its destructive fury
