Another Time
Another world, another time,
Beneath some hidden bower twine
We shed our rags
Nude as stags
To follow Nature's divine
Design.
Oberon, Titania demand
The revel command
And all turns to Puck
For the consummate amok.
And fairies do as fairies do,
Dusted with the Twilight dew
Each night anew.
Should we do less
We mortal few
Who might revel
As fairies do?
Strip away your earthy way
And dance a naked roundelay
Until the dawn and breaking day.
Beneath some hidden bower twine
We shed our rags
Nude as stags
To follow Nature's divine
Design.
Oberon, Titania demand
The revel command
And all turns to Puck
For the consummate amok.
And fairies do as fairies do,
Dusted with the Twilight dew
Each night anew.
Should we do less
We mortal few
Who might revel
As fairies do?
Strip away your earthy way
And dance a naked roundelay
Until the dawn and breaking day.
