falling back into the trap
the sullen boy
is seeking for his mom’s attention
attracted and provoked
by the screaming girl
another narcissistic wound
with its longings and obsessions
cleverly formulating
an artistic scorn
they say
a picture worths
a thousand words
but why you keep putting words
to your pictures
as if you’re only capable
of shooting incomplete sentences
and unarticulate ideas
filling them
with other peoples’ words
words you don’t know
but sounding cool enough
for the short attention span
of youth
why turning art into a meme
wouldn’t it says enough
just as it is
a good picture
