THANKS TO MY EX!!!!

Late at night I use to sit in my room & cry thinking about how much you did me wrong

Instead of thanking you to help me see how much I have grown

You were a blessing in disguise
because of you I now know to take caution & not to depend on every word said

Beyond grateful for all the new things I can now do in bed

Your fuck up was a gift how could I not have known

There was a lesson learned behind every arugment & object thrown

You opened me up & helped me to want more
Damn! the world doesn't know what they got in store because you created a monster

You told me I wasn't shit so now I have no choice but to soar!

Show you what you helped me to see which is patience as I continue to gain more

Not just materialistically but mentally

See I loved you more than I loved myself

But when you left you were so generous to teach me to love self

It was then I accepted what love & happiness was

When I stepped back & let the man above

I never fully understood what heartbreak was or felt like
Until a piece of my heart actually felt broke
But if I ever get a miniature me who is allowed to walk this earth

I can now better explain to her this possible magnitude of hurt

It was so selfless of you to eject yourself from my life

So that my true queen may come up & collect her prize

Because see since dealing with you I have really expanded my mind

That's why I know she is true because I would have waited and took my time

Because I'M... WORTH.. IT!!!

So no hard feelings

No regrets

I'm glad you did and meant everything that you said

In a sense you actually kept a few promises

You built me up

You made me stronger

And got me to believe in me a tad bit longer

So to you I say thank you

I wish you the best

And I'm glad you quickly moved on to have someone else to bless!
