Yet now try declaring to the universe , not just that you deserve better :

That is one step , and most important ;

Yet just as important , as setting the *imprint* , is stating to the universe :

"I am ready to receive"

Otherwise the universe may not be able to fulfill your request...;)

In my Tradition , there is a technique of wordspelling into water...

Put fresh spring water into a bowl , and three times whisperbreath

the words of what is your desire , and you are ready to receive it ;

Then , raising the water up to be blessed by Sun / Moon , and calling

on whatever Spirit(s) you believe in , then lower it to your heart , and

drink from the bowl , focusing that as you drink , that energy will merge

with you , guide you , and protect you , bringing to you your desire...

I look forward to your poem one day...when you get exactly what you

desire and deserve !

The anger and frustration beams from this one. Lines like “tired to the back of my teeth” gives the reader exactly what it feels like. Great job venting here and illustrating just how hard it is, and remember everyone here is behind you.

all pain is relative to the sufferer, I too feel like I have had more than my fair share of abuse, torture and pain and sometimes wonder if it ever stops. The only thing that works for me is to write it out.

It's up to you to make your life better. Instead of moaning about it, be positive. There's a whole world out there to explore. Start small but grow big. You may think I'm being unkind but really, I am trying to help you realise your potential, otherwise, I would have kept quiet. It's time for change!

up to me to make my life better.. belive me i would make a life for myself if i felt incapable of it, truth is i don't. i belive i have a right to moan .. because i have things to moan about.. so my moans are justified , lol.
im not sure you understand the extent of my trauma or how its impacted me. i do therapy..
