the conflict

Our lives that fill with the bits and bobs
to cherish our dreams and not be robbed
the #portmanteau# of expectancy that still is locked

for round the corner is a #descry#
the fog that sudden comes to mystify
we halt at the sign of just WHO AM I

the #timorous# mouse would hide in nest
not to #bombastic# a creature  at its very best
a narrow squeak finds courage's zest

a #risible# shell of mirth our shield
our disguise the unsure our souls flying feet
to tap it and give it life giving bleed

so #insouciant# your life could have been
roar like a tiger where a mouse once hid
the Disney transition that hyper screen hit

not #mawkish# and putting false sentiments down
but having the guts to be strong
to spit out the bad and now chance your arm

the lexicographers life is no breeze
to snort on the unused and the long makes you sneeze
the lessons you learn when you try to compete

recharge and animate an #enervate# brain
be a man not a mouse and not complain
to conflict with life and feel no shame
