"Many Names"

Like the levy’s berm that holds:
A continual push with no rest.
As steady the surgeon’s hand;
unnerving the soldier’s scope.

The philosopher’s question;
thoughtful, though curious:
What is it to have strength?
A definition quite like Virtue.

The will to continue, while your
Kryptonite resides within a vile:
Mind runs with easy justification.
To do so; strength is not easy.

Maneuver the tempted mind,
adjust the words with kind.
Will and strength, are they just
ideas, so simple and straight?

Not a gem, or prize discovered;
either a physical or mental state,
as the ideas, or substances overcame.
Strength, it comes by many names.

Author's Note
I'm not a fan of descriptions about what my words mean but, I will say that I hope that someone can read into these thought out words.

I will point out that Virtue refers to Meno, which is one of my favorite works by Plato.
