Willow Tree
You can't see one for the other.
Draped like willow leaves
She touches the pool below-
Stained by the blue of twilight.
A breeze blown from the South
Shakes the leaves.
They fall into the water,
Silent in their weight.
The ripples neither seen nor heard,
But felt, echoing through
The heart of the hidden.
The earth shakes.
All is still.
Draped like willow leaves
She touches the pool below-
Stained by the blue of twilight.
A breeze blown from the South
Shakes the leaves.
They fall into the water,
Silent in their weight.
The ripples neither seen nor heard,
But felt, echoing through
The heart of the hidden.
The earth shakes.
All is still.
