It dies a thousand little deaths of neglect, doesn't it? You have such a gift for expressing truth in all its brutal reality. The avenues your mind moves along are deep and lit by the brilliant light of your insight and your understanding. Another beautiful piece

To have someone so in your heart, and yet...... To need their love and they are not there. You wonder how they have loved you so and leave you so broken now. You can’t leave the darkness because part of you still believes. This is such a heartfelt poem.

Thank you so much for your comment. It was a such a dark time. I'm so glad my heart eventually stepped into the light and stopped beating for that mediocre love.
