Changing Horses
You can’t change horses mid-stream
And you can’t ride two horses
With only one ass
So, I’ll keep the horse
I rode in on,
Set the wild one free
Then I’ll leave this
One horse town
Riding off
Into the sunset,
Happy to be
Back in the saddle again

Nice one Diz! Your last comment should be the start of your next poem . You can call it, The Game or Rules of the Game(?) Just take the idea & run with it: life is a game, the deck is stacked, it is not always fair, it is a game of chance, at least you are playing the game while others only watch, etc. I'd love to see what you can do with it.
