Glimmer
I looked into those burnt out eyes and that hollow soul
What I saw was a tiny fire sustained by a smaller lump of coal
So weak, just a glimmer
A ghost of the blaze that once gloriously shimmered
I reached inside myself and placed in them some of my own kindling
It didn't do much but i left that flame brighter and no longer dwindling
