Cold

The night is so quiet
please leave me be
the window grows colder
but it doesn't bother me
and though i look at the light
glowing from the street signs
I know i'll always be cold
and I'll always be alone

but i look up at its pearly light
and wonder if it would be nice
to finally feel warmer
i dont want to be alone anymore
