Shut-In
At home in his basement
Always closed the curtains
Befriended noone
left before he met her...
Don't try and shake him
best to leave him lonely
Lost in his mind
Mentally blind
he's all alone
watching the phone
waiting for company...
Insane in the closet
he's been there for days
Afraid to emerge
the ghost lies beyond the door
scratching at his skin
the sores are healing over
He needs a new fix
Flecs of flesh begin to promise
Lost on his own
watching the phone
seeing a Creature
from the periphery
Waiting for sanctuary
The man behind the shadows
again points his finger
raising his hand
he knows that He wants him
Always closed the curtains
free from reality
lost in insanity...
Always closed the curtains
Befriended noone
left before he met her...
Don't try and shake him
best to leave him lonely
Lost in his mind
Mentally blind
he's all alone
watching the phone
waiting for company...
Insane in the closet
he's been there for days
Afraid to emerge
the ghost lies beyond the door
scratching at his skin
the sores are healing over
He needs a new fix
Flecs of flesh begin to promise
Lost on his own
watching the phone
seeing a Creature
from the periphery
Waiting for sanctuary
The man behind the shadows
again points his finger
raising his hand
he knows that He wants him
Always closed the curtains
free from reality
lost in insanity...
