Today at the store.
Where did we go wrong, now I sing societies melancholy song.
Walk in to a store for one little thing, turn around and it's bullets that ring.
They take all the cash and run out the door, I used to be brave now I'm shook to my core.
Many people in the store but no one stopped it, all just as worried they might get hit.
We are in a warzone everyday, even suburbia isn't okay.
The hardest thing for me to admit, my 14 yr old wasn't bothered by it not one little bit.
Why is this normal for her what have we done, this world is dead the zombies have come.
