I See You Now
I see you now,
Did'nt notice before,
My vision obscured,
Until I caught sight.
Never realized, contemplated,
The beauty, presence,
Always thought of you as,
Ordinary, normal, even drab.
Eyes open now,
I can see someone new,
Sexy, sensual, exciting,
But how do you see me?
Am I noticable?
Or a blured haze,
Not quite in your sight,
Never to be heard.
One day I'll find a way,
Courage, guts to say hello,
Or a smile in passing,
To get your attention.
Who knows the future,
Our paths may collide,
Letting us meet,
For tomorrows another day.
Did'nt notice before,
My vision obscured,
Until I caught sight.
Never realized, contemplated,
The beauty, presence,
Always thought of you as,
Ordinary, normal, even drab.
Eyes open now,
I can see someone new,
Sexy, sensual, exciting,
But how do you see me?
Am I noticable?
Or a blured haze,
Not quite in your sight,
Never to be heard.
One day I'll find a way,
Courage, guts to say hello,
Or a smile in passing,
To get your attention.
Who knows the future,
Our paths may collide,
Letting us meet,
For tomorrows another day.
