Leaving you alone

You spun my head like a maelstrom

 and you kicked my Heart Like a Kick Drum.

I loved what you did to me.

Even a heart like mine shined once, but that didn't make it gold.

See, I wish I could have let you be.

We were inseparable fantasizing of how we'd grow old.

It was too late when I realized I was the worst part of the wrong "we"
