Rambling

Do I do it too? Do I say
What I don’t mean?
Well, I don’t mean it if I do.
There’s a lot of things I don’t know I do
And if I did I wouldn’t do them.
And here I go, I’m muddling the words,
Rambling on and you don’t get it
Because that’s something that
I do and you don’t do.
What you do is laugh
And you find me funny
Though I find me strange
And I live in this head
But maybe your point of view
Is better because you can
See the back of my head
And I only see the bits
Around the eye sockets.
That’s what you do; my objectivity
And then I don’t listen
So what’s the point in you?
And there I go again
Saying what I didn’t mean
And I don’t mean to do it
And I don’t mean it, not really,
I only really meant it
For a split second if even then.
