Our History

We, then, one question ask:
Did Socrates before drinking the hemlock
see his glass half full or half empty?

And we proceed!
Fragmented pieces of ourselves we may be
but in unison we speak.

You and I could never be "us"...
However, we have been
and we shall, always, be "them".

You and I - with nothing to be against -
our road we walked alone
and yet, we never had each other...

Our footprints on the sand
- like non-parallel lines, traveling through the infinite, but never meet -
prove our winks were meant for others

Secrets exist for those who want to know.
Those who know, have no secrets.
But for us

- for you and I -
the fact we have nothing to hide from each other,
simply demonstrates that we have nothing to show

Because the closer we focus on each other
the blurrier the picture gets,
and, because

when it rains fallen angels and broken wings
you reach for an umbrella
and I reach for my catching mitt...

It's more than plain, therefore
Socrates just saw a glass
containing the hemlock...
