In Case
My flesh will someday pass/
But what I felt for you, never will/
Memories chasing forever still/
Your presence was a treasure sealed/
Buried deep, within the chapters of my story/
Only one I wanted four me/
No question if your blessing was real/
I could tell, from the days we spent together, apart/
States away/
Far/
Gazing at carpets of stars grazing my awe/
Heart sharp as a blade, flawed and brazed/
Hardly thawed, till you sparked it's flame/
Warm desert, lonely nights/
Eyes tracing open sky/
Mind trekking patience, towards the day I see your shine/
Soul bleeding from the inside/
Dried on a page, I give you, I/
Seems tomorrow seized hope that due time would sign it We/
Guess The Script left us falling to pieces we couldn't reach/
Too many unfinished sentences for love to complete/
Re-written, to breakeven with retention/
Pay debts years have given for both of us to spend within em'/
Intertwined/
Indented perfectly/
Aligned with our prime, reading infinity/
Here's this sleeve, in case you kry/
Some nights, I wish the plot got scribed a little different/
But sometimes my pen tends to find the end of the line/
But what I felt for you, never will/
