Big Boy
I'm not the same
That's what I tell my brain
When it brings up an old pain
I've grown, I'm stronger
My story continues to get longer
Even in my darkest hours
I hold some light in my fist
Locked in ivory towers
I'm sure to someone I'll be missed
Rid myself of negativity
Drink a fifth of positivity
And keep living happily
I'm a big boy
I've made my plans
I'm a big boy
Calluses on my hands
Do the job no one else will
Grab life by the coattails
And fill it with thrill
Wear a smile when you're feeling down
Eventually that smile will replace your frown
Don't give up and stand tall
Tell everyone not to feel small
Go ahead run through the halls
Remember to pick yourself up if you fall
I'm a big boy
Just ask my friends
I'm a big boy
From now to the very end
