Hopelessness

Hopelessness is a sad feeling of nothingness
You are crushed by reality’s blows
You feel like you’re in a squared cage
With nothing but dirty air to breath
Hopelessness is the bottomless pit of darkness
No matter where you look it is cold and bleak
Only anger hate and loneliness reside there
Hopelessness is a place of sorrow and pity
Most people who see this place never come back alive
If they do they are not really alive any more
Maybe only a piece of it somewhere deep down inside still resides
Hopelessness is the Devils playground
His fun rides are shame, guilt, sorrow, pain, worthlessness and self-pity
Hopelessness is not a place for the weak hatted no one asks to go there
It’s just life I guess Hopelessness is a place that I was hiding
Only now am I starting to come out of the dark hole that I was in
Somehow I survived it's still dark but it is getting lighter still
Am i alive talking now or is it just a shadow of who I am?
