Misery

I'm not meant to be happy,

I'm not meant to be loved.

I sit alone in darkness,

I drown myself in tears!

My misery wants no company,

My misery knows only pain.

I hit my head against the door,

Then I slam it shut to the world!

I suffer in my own mind,

I suffer by tormenting myself.

I continue to not sleep at night,

For I love to live in HELL!

My HELL is always caused by me,

My HELL exists everyday.

I try my best to forget it's there,

But then it becomes strong and severe!

I'm not meant to be happy,

I'm not meant to be loved.

Don't try to change my mind,

Because I have finally accepted these facts.

My misery wants no company,

My misery knows only pain.

All alone in this world of people,

Is exactly where I'll always be!
