the liquids of my pain
Heavy breathing...
eyes closed
hands cuffing ears
there, in complete darkness
the silence delivers her
as she comes to me
stars resting in her palms
sitting upon the moon
clouds rise to her
comforting all aches
and absorbing her pain
Rapid breathing
eyes teared
hands reaching
she felt so near
her breath danced
brushed my cheek
as her arms extended
fingers absorbing
the liquids of my pain
