Blinded by Invisibility

For so long I thought I was invisible, but now I see I’m visible
So much inside, constantly denied
I was always in plain sight I never tried to hide
Always looked pass me or through me as if I wasn’t there
Only now when there are smudges I’m visible from the glare
And now you can see what’s been lurking underneath
What’s been hiding in the deep
Expensive conversation, sit down and have seat
Who lied and said that talk was ever cheap
How can you be so enlightened and so dark?
Dim a raging fire to a spark
Too long blinded by invisibility
It’s a shame it took this for you to see
Being kindhearted and sensible
Must have made my perspective so dismissible
Brilliant combination of psychos in a whirlwind
Turmoil is the state you’ve put the world in
So long in front of your face, so long avoiding temptations chase
Could you not see my works, was that the case?
Saying it’s gonna be my way like you were the only car on the highway
Been curving indulgences so long I only ride side ways
It seems to me you see me, only when you choose to see
Blinded by invisibility, your eyes are open now how do you like me…
